SCREEN Act, which would have required mandatory age-verification for sites (like this) that allow "material harmful to minors" failed to pass out of committee after thousands and thousands of people called their Senators. More work ahead!

Your voice matters and you should feel good that you made a difference. Obviously, the fight isn't over, but this was an important victory.

Eshmel feels like they have the best chance of joining the next Smash Bros., so that amiibo will very likely be saved for that. Other than that, this is the Fire Emblem stuff I want to see in 2027, and I hope any of it will happen, let alone all of it. Crossing fingers for the best.

Y’know, I feel like the Eshmel/timeskip ‘reveal’ probably would’ve gone over a lot better with two things - showing avatar customization in the direct and saying ‘fifth protagonist’ instead of ‘true protagonist’

Aw crap. The thought occurs that if Fire Emblem Three Houses and Engage get Switch 2 Editions that feature new content, the Upgrades might expand the games substantially. I have signatures on both games and plan to get more. I might have to bite that GB bullet if that ends up happening.
