Authors and journalists are doing more first-person (hello 2010s blogging) and embracing "mistakes" in writing to prove they're not chatbots. There's even an “anti-Grammarly" app that leaves in typos and signs off "sent from my iPhone" to create more authenticity: www.wired.com/story/more-t...

While we're on the topic: if you've been wanting to learn Japanese… NO EXCUSES, DO IT Skip the AI owl app. Pick up a textbook. Back in the day I used Nakama. I hear there are plenty of great options like Genki or Minna no Nihongo. No book? Tae Kim's a good start too. Just PLEASE learn from a human.
