This combo of price hike & lead time reminds me of meeting the Wärtsila CFO in late 07/early 08 and (IIRC) him talking about an €800m turbine order from Azerbaijan and laughing about orders coming in from places he needed a map to find. Wasn't long before the GFC hit & the hubris hit differently
