Mainly if not exclusively here to stay informed about Russia's illegal and unprovoked war of conquest, and to find the right places to donate in order to protect Ukrainians and kill/capture/drive out the invading Russians.
🤬 Kherson. A Russian drone operator hunts down a civilian fruit seller and attacks him. The Russian with the remote control knows and sees what he is doing. They write that he survived.
OTD in 2014, MH17 shot itself down with a BUK system the "rebels" suddenly denied they had admitted having. Here's a history of our MH17 propaganda that shows we don't do it so you believe something. We do it so you believe nothing. And more importantly, do nothing It works
For those who pretend that Ukraine is a dictatorship, this is literally Zelensky's government-sponsored media arm pausing publication to protest his decision to dismiss Ukraine's Defense Minister.
Dear readers, our team has temporarily paused publication as our journalists, editors, producers, and social media team take part in protests following the dismissal of Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov.
As a Dane who loves and supports Ukraine, this has long been a horrible embarrassment. The company hides behind legal arguments, but they're utterly bankrupt morally. Politicians have condemned them on moral grounds repeatedly, but they have yet to find the legal basis to punish them effectively.
⚡️ Ukraine's sanctions chief lambasts last EU shipyard servicing Russia's LNG fleet. Denmark's Fayard shipyard is helping Russia sustain its liquefied natural gas (LNG) exports by servicing its specialized tanker fleet, said Vladyslav Vlasiuk, a presidential advisor for sanctions policy.
Every day, I write the same story: Russian strikes claiming lives. One person here, five there, a child, a grandparent... These tragedies have become so routine that the world is growing numb.
Tomorrow everyone will be asking: when will the Russo-Ukrainian war end? The right question is: what can we do to make the Russian invasion fail?
OTD in 2014 we sent masked soldiers to occupy Crimea 2014 “they’re not Russian soldiers but local militias. Russia has nothing to do with them” 2015 “They were not Russian soldiers but we “stood behind them”" Later 2015 “They were Russian soldiers" But we are not lying this time
Soon enough you'll be connecting all these dots to the forthcoming general mobilisation that you don't think I'll risk doing. But losing this war is a far bigger risk.
⚡️Putin signs law enabling FSB to order individual internet and mobile disconnections, cites security concerns.
I hadn't noticed this but the victim is clearly trying to wave ICE through, and then they jumped her.

American tech companies are not truly concerned about censorship, as they happily operate in countries with strict regulations. You never hear the Trump administration complain about Saudi Arabia, Russia, or China. This is about bullying Europe, nothing more
Russians sunk several barges at the entrance of their naval port pier in Novorossiysk, so that no other Ukrainian drone can enter it. This also confines the remnants of the Russian Black Sea Fleet to this little basin. Russians literally barricaded themselves. Embarrassing..
If Europe doesn't manage to achieve consensus on taking Ru's frozen assets and giving them to Ukraine, then its strategic, moral, and self-preservation instincts are weaker than I thought. I'm a big believer in the European project, but failure here will be a bad sign for its future.
It's not at all far fetched to imagine the opening salvo of a war being thousands of drones launched from the cargo holds of civilian ships at anchor off the coast.
A group of German journalism students investigated the drone sightings over military installations in Western Europe and in one instance tracked it back to three commercial vessels belonging to Russian services.
Europeans are waking up this morning to find the new US National Security Strategy (quietly) released. And what it has to say on Europe could not be clearer. On the „stark prospect of civilizations erasure“ for example. 👇
Every night Russian drones kill Ukrainians and they keep flying only because over 5,000 Western and Asian parts power them. x.com/United24medi...
Putin: ‘Russia is ready to keep fighting until the last Ukrainian dies.’ Western politicians & press: ‘Peace talks have stalled…’ Russia has zero interest in peace. Calling Kremlin demands for Ukrainian surrender ‘peace talks’ is just another way of spreading their propaganda.
Ignore any Trump admin and/or Ru apologist talk about progress. Ru demands remain maximalist, outrageous, and, most importantly, disconnected from the realities of the battlefield. Only an immediate ceasefire is progress. The discussion in Moscow today was useless noise. Ru continues its aggression.
"Too many European governments still behave as if losing Ukraine would be unfortunate but manageable. This is fantasy. The destruction of Ukraine would reshape Europe’s security architecture for decades, and not in Europe’s favour." Strong message by @drjademcglynn.bsky.social.
Circus
Amidst the absolute chaos of a Witkoff-stamped Russian psyop-as-peace plan, discussion is filled with anger at Washington and at Moscow.

German-made machinery still quietly fuels Russia’s war production despite sanctions. 🧵 1/7 ⬇️
People have done a massive disservice to Ukraine and Europe by pretending Trump might do the right thing and help Ukraine. It raised hopes in a fantasy and kept people from facing reality. Trump is with Putin and all Europeans need to face that squarely.
Elon Musk’s new pay package would feed all forty million Americans on SNAP for the next ten years. He wouldn’t notice the difference but the country would.
If you can, avoid anything with Musk behind it. It will rot your brain. And that's a feature, not a bug.
Must read. Basically, if you’ve fallen for Ru propaganda, the chatbots will dig you in even deeper. Also note this: “Grok provided the highest number of Russian sources even when asked neutral questions, the research found.” Higher than the Chinese chatbot!
Moscow has no claims on anything within the internationally recognised borders of Ukraine. Nothing at all. They must not be granted any influence at all in any shape or form. No concessions, only punishment.
It's a big mistake for Europe to recognize even minimally/vaguely russia's imperialist cultural/linguistic/religious demands on Ukr. It's Ukr's sovereign right to determine through its own political process its language, cultural, religious policies. Ru's interference started w making demands...
Beautiful. Call them out, all of them. Whether truly Kremlin propagandists or just criminally negligent in their research, people like Sachs are aiding the murderous Kremlin regime.
The Senator is spot on. Every step the West took before/during/after Maidan made it clear that Western priorities in Ukr were stability and accommodating Ru interests without entirely turning their (West's) back on the dramatic grass roots mobilization against the autocratizing Yanukovych admin.
Any country that allows itself to be ruled by a chaos clown like this deserves only the utmost disdain. You have given up all honor, all dignity. I'd say I hope you'll prove me wrong, but seeing how you've at this point almost entirely replaced citizenship with consumerism, I have no hope.
Trump posts AI video showing him literally dumping shit on America
It’s not Ukraine’s war against Russia — it’s Russia’s war against Ukraine. Hard to believe we still have to remind major outlets of that in 2025.
