DeepState estimates Russia gained a net 36 km² in July 2026. The hottest spots are near Rodynske, Kostiantynivka, the state border, and toward Sloviansk and Kramatorsk, where Russian forces made small gains. Taking the entire Donetsk region in 2026 is impossible, and in 2027 it is highly unlikely.

Russia is now lying that the UN claimed the Wildberries strikes were a "war crime." Maybe they should stop selling military equipment if they didn't want the stores to get hit. They're legitimate targets.

So the USA is going to institute a land blockade against Iran? I am personally so excited to see US ground forces go back into Afghanistan--let alone see them try and start patrolling in Pakistan and Turkmenistan. The US is so screwed it is now writing science fiction.

It’s day 1,616 of John Mearsheimer insisting that russia is winning its 3 day war. War he previously insisted wouldn’t happen because a Great Power like russia is much too strategically rational to do any of this. The "great esteemed realist scholar" is still introduced as an expert on said war.

I feel a lot people reading it get the wrong idea. Yes they did, it's cheap and efficient. But Ukraine uses 5k interceptors, you might say. They do, among other things. Ukraine has 60-70 000 men in AD duty. They use everything including F-15 and Patriots and IRIS-T and yes a lot of cheap drones 1/2
