This is correct. There is no future of democratic self government in the US with an unreformed Supreme Court. The Court is riddled with corruption and abuses of power and rooting out that corruption is a sine qua non of civic democracy in the United States.
Murshed Zaheed@murshedz.bsky.social · 3mo agoAgain - the Roberts #SCOTUS is the Hormuz problem for Democrats or anyone concerned about democracy in U.S. It doesn’t matter what agenda Dems have, they’d be negligent if they don’t plan to act on an all out push to reform, rebalance (expand) to rein in the MAGA Court when they get back in power.
