@gamechanger.dropout.tv Watching the BTS for "Noise Some Makes" (one of the best so far, I was knocked out), and I had a question: how do y'all handle call sheets for the GC shoots? Do you black out the names of surprise guests? Leave them off entirely? Some third, less clandestine thing? 😁

The amazing QQ Discord mods have arranged a review jam for the month of September! Super excited to offer tips and help give some awards at the end. (August can be for playing stuff you might wanna review, but it's not mandatory)
ADHD results in piles everywhere. Piles of things you need to do, need to put away, need to throw away. It's very much like hoarding, without the sense of accomplishment.
Holy shit, “Just one small problem Sell their houses to who, Ben? Fucking Aquaman?” is a Haiku
Meanwhile, at the super elite social media for the wealthy Random girl: Cashmere outside, how bow dah
This is a great look behind the scenes of TMNT: Splintered Fate with our utterly sick A-List voice talent cast, and I was honored to contribute to it and have my big dumb face featured alongside theirs. 😂 Thanks, @superevilmegacorp.bsky.social !! www.youtube.com/watch?v=YfG2...

Why did nobody tell me Jack Black was in Neverending Story 3? Why did nobody tell me Jack Black was the MAIN ANTAGONIST of Neverending Story 3?!!
Once I wrote a haiku (or more) every day for a month. This was my favorite one. It was one of those where I didn't know the ending till I fell upon it.
I realized what appeals to me about The Life and Suffering of Prince Jerian. It is EXACTLY like reading one of Moby's Illustrated Classics books I had as a kid.
We couldn't have predicted any of this. The future is weird and I kind of love it for that.
Kevin McCarthy is quietly turning the press junket - the definition of disposable advertising - into bite-sized moments of human connection and curiosity. He has a YouTube page full of shorts like this. I can never skip them. youtube.com/shorts/PxdHL...

As someone who has been following @dropout.tv since it was College Humor, this feels big. Thought I was looking at an ad for network television for a sec.
I just saw an audiobook ad that said "LISTENING IS THE NEW READING", and I don't want to "um actually" anybody, but um actually, listening was the FIRST reading.
Taking another swing in Phantom Doctrine, and decided to be a Disco Spy.
Hey, the Democratic party. I would appreciate it if you wouldn't sell my email address after I donate to your campaigns.
I don't want to alarm anyone, but if you were wondering "how do the technocrats think the future is going to turn out?" The answer starts with, "well, the billionaires are teaching themselves how to farm."
Have been playing the Dupery demo as my idle game while I wait for things to compile. I like the story behind this one.
For christmas, I would like to be able to edit my bsky posts, please.
The thing I don't understand about companies pushing AI to write software is: How many times do we have to repeat the Uber cycle before we learn?
Sitting here delighted by my YouTube feed It has reached the perfect level of "randomly me." * Game dev * VFX analyses * Cooking tutorials * So much British panel comedy * Adam Savage Rambles * Suzanne de Passe: the Limo Ride that Changed Motown * A show called "Soft White Underbelly"
Just finished Indika. An utterly strange and fascinating ride that ended exactly as it played: on its own terms. A strong recommend if you like the idea of wandering around inside an art film for 5-10 hours. (I do like that)
Hot take: Denis Villeneuve's interpretation is superior to the original book. I am prepared to defend this hill with my life. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ndvq...

Normalise headlines that accurately handle the absurdity of public statements.
I really appreciate the headline here. I think studies need to be done on the CEO brain, do they think we're all very stupid, or do they have no grasp of reality at all? My bet is on a mix of both.
I'm done w/the "don't kill the bad guy! It will only tarnish your soul!" trope. They always say that after they spend 78 minutes mowing down his minions. Why don't the minions count towards our guilt meter? Somebody needs to make a movie where they spare the minions and punish the ringleader.
Supergirl is not a perfect movie, but it is WAY better than anyone is giving it credit for. Milly Alcock is terrific IN EVERY FRAME. And David Krumholtz delivers a monologue IN KRYPTONIAN that will make me cry just thinking about it. It's good. Go see it.
Hey so Forbidden Solitaire fucks. Buy that shit.
I just described AI as "superficially smart and deeply dumb." Yep.
A week ago we premiered our short film LEAVING JACKSON COLORADO on YT. If you haven’t checked it out yet give it a watch and a share. Starring Chris Casamassa, it’s my lovingly comedic tribute to 80s/90s martial arts movies and a personal story about trying to move on. m.youtube.com/watch?v=1WUq...
