Oxford City Council is reminding residents and visitors to the city's open spaces in the current warm weather to dispose of their rubbish, particularly in Port Meadow. In recent years, two cows, including a seven-month-old calf, died after eating plastic bags, balloons and other discarded rubbish.

One of my riffs in my head that I've never said out loud is I miss Paul McCartney as a song fixer. He could take Help and write an incredibly backing vocal counter melody, or do similar on bass for Something. When he went solo, he was no longer fixing others' songs, and it's a side of him I love.
