This means that the increased price of RAM and consumer electronics was a result of an artificial "supply chain crisis" created by Jensen Huang pushing NVIDIA's customers to take early delivery of GPUs. Jensen Huang is responsible for making life worse for everyone.

NVIDIA seems to be channel stuffing, forcing Amazon and other customers to take early delivery. The argument that these things are "scarce" when you don't even have anywhere to plug them into is nonsense...unless NVIDIA is saying you NEED to take them now, or else. GPUs are stacked in warehouses.

best movie review i've ever read. "olivia colman gets her spine realigned by a wicker basket," taking 150 people in the 4dx theatre along with her on this magical journey

just. just read it on tumblr

So when Dems like Blumenthal keep pushing KOSA, you can know with absolute certainty that they actually WANT more censorship and surveillance. There's nothing "pragmatic" about continuing to push controversial, weak, Big Tech endorsed legislation when you're in a position of power.

KOSA, and similarly misguided proposals like age verification laws and attacks on Section 230, have been vehemently opposed by key constituencies in the Democratic base: LGBTQ groups, abortion rights orgs, human rights experts, etc. But there is broad consensus for things like privacy & antitrust

For years, Democrats have pushed legislation like the Kids Online Safety Act (KOSA) because they've claimed these compromises are the only way they can "get something done" on Big Tech with Republicans. Now they control all of Congress. No more excuses. Drop KOSA, regulate Big Tech for real.

Whatever shyness or lingering shame you have, you no longer have it. It falls away from you like an old coat. I'm so serious that it is our time now to kill KOSA and protect artistic freedom
