This is true - not least because games now are huge. If you have a terabyte of storage, it'll only hold 5 or so games like Call Of Duty, and it takes a long time to download them (particularly from Microsoft servers). Plus, SSD is expensive. It's no longer just a case of getting a bigger drive.

honestly, fuck LG for adding these notifications at startup on their TVs. I had every option for promotions disabled in the system settings, but they added new ones through the built in apps. I’ll never ever own anything LG ever again.
