I just finished Date Everything this past weekend, and on the advice of @justtheclippy.bsky.social here (I was so excited to see them in the game, I like TADC and their other work but had NO idea they were on the team for this), just going to detail some stuff I loved...
it is criminal that they laid this person off. any of them but especially. i hate microsoft and gamers

Out of the many, many ways they left their mark on that game, though, my favorites have to be the Landsknecht playing cards and story-time with Brother Sebhat.
I understand academia feels it must take a defensive posture but it's a genuine shame that as far as I can tell that Dr. Copelovitch (to his great credit) is virtually one of the only *academics* (let alone the general public) who will regularly speak on this issue with the outrage it deserves

And it's been ~total 🦗🦗 from our university presidents/chancellors & a total lack of public collective action.
