Would love to be presented with evidence otherwise but yet to see anyone link the extraordinary and continual losses of almost all clubs in the EFL to this scandal. Wage inflation is an existential threat to football as we currently know it and few dare say it. Or even realise

The thing about Sky admitting they glossed over the charges when they were still to be heard and even now, trying to point to the goals and players still being good, is that they need people to keep subscribing and to keep the illusion going. If they admit the league is compromised it falls apart.
“Manchester City proving their point today on the pitch” The point being that cheating gives you a massive advantage.
After seeing the City fans definitely singing the owners name I have no sympathy left for them. I know it’s not all and it wouldn’t be fair but the loud large group kills any sense of mercy left.
Everywhere that covers the Premier League - be it Talksport or NBC - will have made an editorial decision to blow smoke up our arses re this current City side and the integrity of the competition with them in it. And we shouldn't let them get away with it.
Lance Armstrong remains an outstanding cyclist.
"Manchester City remain an outstanding football team" Oh, is that fucking so? Fuck me.
A freak show that emphasised the farce of the Premier League's current unreality The response of City fans, which does complicate some of the discussion I think they are "victims" but that's harder when you're revelling in it (before the win) www.independent.co.uk/sport/footba...
Man City blow Liverpool away at Anfield – but was it all meaningless?
Liverpool 0-3 Manchester City: Jeremy Doku transformed a strange game from the bench after Ryan Gravenberch was sent off for two yellow cards

Thought I'd want to watch this game but its gone off. Feel sick just seeing city playing. Even more so by their disgusting fanbase. And ultimately let down by Anfield's "Historic Atmosphere" which I don't think I've ever actually seen prolonged evidence of.
The City fans backing their owners with signs and banners is exactly why they need to be absolutely obliterated by the punishments.
you'd have to say man city have put out a stronger eleven on paper. wonder how they managed to do that.
The banana is a great symbol for Man City: Imported and bent.
Absolute zero respect as a person or a football fan for anyone in that away end. I hope their football club folds away and they're left with nothing in life.
While many of you are likely yelling "GO MAN CITY" or "GO LIVERPOOL!" I'm yelling "GO PREMIER LEAGUE and the rule of law!"
Today’s game, and every game involving the cheats, is a sham. An illegitimate team playing illegitimate matches. Their results impact the table fully yet these results have zero integrity. It is a complete disaster.
“Wheeeeen he sleeps with my wife I will watch him all night Califioriii”
I'm guessing I shouldn't get used to opening to NFL games being this exciting
And now the best part: Bot traffic from the #Yandex network has plunged to near zero following the strike on its Vladimir data center. Bot traffic includes automated requests from search crawlers, scrapers and other online services. Twitter must be a ghost town by now.
All three Yandex AI supercomputers are reportedly offline: Galushkin in Vladimir, Chervonenkis and Lyapunov in Sasovo, whose data center shut down after the Oct 8 strike. Yandex Cloud outages also threaten thousands of Russian firms relying on it for websites, databases and payments 👏
I thought this season I would enjoy watching Arsenal. Instead I don't like watching arsenal, just for different reasons to last season.
Might as well pass it back to the keeper rather than go for a counter attack with Odegaard on the ball
