for fandom to be enjoyable everyone needs to learn to: - block each other more - learn to not care if you’re blocked - see a stupid opinion? move on - someone told you that your opinion is stupid? oh well - engage only with things you find value in

"JK Rowling is already a billionaire and everyone already knows about Harry Potter, what's the point of boycotting?" Nobody thinks boycotting will bankrupt her. We know she's gonna die rich. We're just asking you to show a shred of solidarity with trans folk. Absolute low bar bare minimum shit.

This is going to sound so stupid but... Beauty and the beast. The part where she enters the dark castle and finds her father in the dungeon was very scary for 5 year old me. Ngl, even as an adult, I have a shiver. That lil part of me remembers. BUT, Jeepers Creepers didn't let me sleep :'D

Shower thought: Au Ra horns are their 'ears'... So if someone would saw the horns off as torture tactic... What would be the hearing aids/solution to disability for Au Ra? Artificial horn? Prosthetics that mimic horn texture anatomy? Do the horns grow back or are they completely deaf after that?

Gods, I hope the Köttr in Evercold have either really thick Scottish or Irish accents (or both) and tell me off. Please... Give me a middled aged sounding angry cat man that tells me off while helping me around. I NEEEEED THIS.

People really need to fucking re-learn the difference between "I don't like this" and "This is harmful". Not liking a thing is fine, but you don't get to dictate what others enjoy, actually. Especially not within fiction. Be an adult. If you don't like something, move on.
