It’s endlessly frustrating to see the value of art in society. How it’s used, how so many companies profit from it, meanwhile the people who actually make art can barely survive. Artists deserve better. EVERYONE deserves better.

Beans ☕@beanycoffee.bsky.social · 4mo agoI didn't know @ko-fi.com even allowed genAI on their platform. Disappointing. I would argue that prompters don't own the copyright to anything they generate, so how are they allowed to upload and sell it?
