Currently my needs goal, including unexpected bills, disability aid needs, and meds is about $500. I’m at $42/500 after having to make an unexpected purchase today, and hopefully will be able to get to this emergency goal so I can continue to recover

This is a good example of the permissionless innovation happening in the #Atmosphere: create an initial LinkedIn-style site you can access via your existing Bluesky/Blacksky/Eurosky/etc. account, then add more and more features leveraging your existing personal data in the Atmosphere and beyond.

Great Steve Reich interview with lots of "this is incredible!" comments upon his hearing favorite songs for the first time, and one typo: the transcript has Reich referring to "Boulez, Stockhausen, and Barrios… very strict surrealism and all that" where he presumably was referring to serialism.

Thanks to @ellaguro.bsky.social I've been obsessively listening to J Dilla's "Donuts" the last 2-3 days. It has two of my favorite things: samples and short tracks that get up, say their piece, and then exit stage left before you can get tired of them. At 2:57 "Workinonit" is practically an epic.
