It’s not conspiratorial or anti-Semitic for Al Sayed to point out that AIPAC spent $30 million to oppose his candidacy. It’s true. And it’s an extraordinary outlier in a primary campaign.

Workers can own the company. We don't have to be subjects of an employer. Management can be delegates of the workers running the company on workers' behalf. There are regions in Italy that have 1/5 of firms following this model.

If people get to understand what the DSA and its candidates stand for, El Sayed's arguments may very well have an impact on other elections. Voters may create a firebreak to put a stop to extremism in the Democratic party before it becomes too late like it did with the Republican party.

El-Sayed is messaging spot-on: “We’re trying to get money out of politics and in your pocket.” If that doesn’t resonate with voters, I don’t know what will.

The point of a political party is to get good things done. Not just to beat the other side. But you also can't win if you don't deliver the goods. So Democrats do have to be progressive if they want to A) win more elections and B) justify their existence by actually doing things that voters want.

I’m a bit of a moderate Dem, but now that the primary is over I offer my full support to El-Sayed. Period. MAGA must be defeated at the polls. Vote blue in November.

Now that Abdul El-Sayed is the nominee, we are going to see the biggest hypocrisy from the "vote blue no matter who" crowd we have seen yet. Everyone knows this is a big test of how leftists like Abdul can perform in purple states. Those invested in "third way" centrism will want this test to fail.
