i think one of the more frustrating things about recruitment for neurodivergent people is that we know some neurotypical insisted on lots of questionable details in the job ad but also that some other neurotypical will say they don’t matter and another will say they do to deny a neurodivergent a job

watched “The Dirties” (2023), Matt Johnson’s first feature, and i am way more jealous of making this film for $10,000. that guy just understands the value of showmanship and daring, but with the restraint to only milk it enough to make up for the lack of budget. elite working within limitations.
Interesting insight into this: Incredibly successful tv host Graham Norton said, when he was a kid, he didn’t want to be an interviewer - he wanted to be the person interviewed. So, even a guy who seems kinda destined to be a tv host didn’t think he wanted that job.
