I play all of my PS5 games offline and physically. 100% of my discs have the playable 1.0 versions of the game on them. I have never had an issue playing my games.

You might want to check that. Uninstall all your games, disconnect from the internet, and see which ones still work as 'fully playable'. How many games these days need day one patches to even play them? How many games actually store the full game on disc? It is going to be far fewer than you think.
