The thing about Satoshi Kon is he directed four feature films, all of them are masterpieces, and this is one of them. Go watch it.

Some of us still remember watching bootlegs of the terrible Waffle Iron tv movie that Universal produced and then aired in the middle of the night, once, just to keep hold of the rights to this franchise. So heartening to read that Waffle Iron is finally heating up.

But Waffles are universal!
