Republicans love abusers. They don’t shun them. They hold them close and protect them.
Mike Johnson tells Politico that he's standing behind Republican Max Miller — despite the "serious" domestic abuse allegations against him.
If you asked me deep questions about my dad when I was 35, I would’ve shrugged my shoulders and said, “I don’t think I really know him.” I spent the last 10 years taking numerous trips with him since mom no longer could… and we actually got to know each other. Now, I feel like I’ve lost a friend.
Are these people's brains so rotted that they genuinely do not remember four years ago?
I have one answer.
There is… no surprise here. These are fascists
Judge Wise finds that ICE coerced a 20-year-old Tongan man — admitted legally to the country three years ago — to sign a document accepting deportation, despite no criminal record or immigration proceedings against him. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...
So when I posted this earlier today, I had just gotten a concerned call… Will share more in time… but my father has passed. This was sudden, and completely unexpected… brother headed back up and I’ll likely head over to MT in a bit…

There is pervasive corruption across our healthcare and agricultural systems that defy party lines. I meet with MAHA activists because a lot of their concerns are bipartisan issues that major corporations paint as partisan. The fight isn't left and right, it's top and bottom.

RFK Jr was so contemptuous towards Dana Bash I almost thought she was an uninsured American child with measles.
This is such a lazy piece. It's like "this is a price control, and price controls always fail." First, it's not a price control. It's a government subsidy. Second, price controls don't "always" backfire. They prevent gouging in emergencies and help regulate monopolies.
Opinion: Mamdani's idea may sound appealing, but it's NYC taxpayers who will take the hit, subsidizing discounts they may never even use.

In some countries, depression, loneliness, and memory issues actually improve in middle age. Almost everywhere else, they at least stay steady. And in only ONE country, they get WORSE . I'll give you three guesses and you have to forfeit the first two. maximumfun.org/episodes/dep...
I'm going to alienate some people now. Abortion is a critical part of gynecological care. Full stop. Hormonal birth control is used by many individuals simply to regulate difficult menstrual cycles. Legislators who don't understand the minutiae of reproductive biology should SHUT THE FUCK UP.
It’s like an old school radio show. Interrupt the broadcast for an inline promo.
The President promotes Scotts Miracle-Gro in the middle of an Oval Office event: The best grass you can get. Scotts, you know Scotts? Scott's Miracle-Gro, they're doing it. They do great grass. I got to give him a plug because they did the White House for free.
