Every job deserves the dignity of a living wage. Yes, even burger flippers and warehouse workers. If you’re a person who went to college for four years and scoffs at the idea, then guess what…? You probably deserve to get paid more, too. Your boss is your enemy, not random workers.

I'm glad no one was hurt, but he's right, and this won't be an isolated incident. People are gonna start losing it under this constant stress.
