Stelco workers in Hamilton are being laid off *right now*. They can’t afford to wait through a years-long court battle, and neither can our steel industry. We have to act now to protect Canadian jobs and assert public control in this strategic sector. That means nationalizing Stelco.

Google finally updated some of its satellite images of Gaza and my god, it's horrific. The entirety of Rafah has been demolished. The majority of Khan Younis is in ruins. Entire towns completely leveled and erased of the map.
Everything Carney says he needs private equity to build and finance has been done in the past by government. Instead of taxing wealth to finance these projects he is instead selling our infrastructure to the wealthy. In the end we own nothing while paying more for it.
It was targeted at arms exports to Israel, but you knew that despite it not being in the title because you know what Israel is doing. Everyone knows, claims to hate it, but ignores Carney supporting it.

But imagine if any other prime minister kept introducing laws that said "I and my minister get to decide what laws apply, when, and we get to unilaterally and retroactively remove conditions on multi-billion-dollar projects."
I know we all want to blame Trump, and rightly so.. But we should also blame Michigan. The deal was with them and they didn't stand up for us at all. Their Democratic governor didn't fight for the deal that shit-state made with us. They're more than happy to let their President rip Canada off.
