I remember when I used to go on the bus with my dad and he would tell me to say I was under 5 so he wouldn’t have to pay the fare. In the end, I decided to walk to work…

A helpful caption from the BBC just in case you were unclear about what which planetary satellite you at which you were looking, even with the helpful clue given by the highlighting of the Apollo 11 mission's landing site. Jeezus! 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

I really fucking hate it when I'm trying to explain my situation to someone and they just bloody interrupt and talk over me. How can I give you the fucking info you want if you Do. Not. Listen? (And 99% of the time it's man, because of course it is. They suffer from Interruptitis! #NotAllMen)

Glad I saw this. I'm in the process of buying the book and feel this completes it. I also have a grudge against pheasant releases. There is one less than a mile from my "Wildlife Area" (below this photo). bsky.app/profile/arbo...

I posted this on #WorldWildlifeDay 2020, over on the rich man's toy. It's an annotated drone photo of my "wildlife area". I'm fortunate enough to be able to provide some refuge from the thin flailed hedges and agricultural monocultures that are now all too common. I planted all the trees and hedges.

Aerial view if my "Wildlife Area", which covers about 1.2 hectares. There are three ponds highlighted and a wide variety of trees and hedge plants native to the UK.
