Prepare for an insane explosion of Islamophobia between now and November, from the same people on the right (and center!) who pretend to be exercised by the rise in anti-Jewish bigotry. The hate will be off the charts and make the anti-Zohran campaign look tame. Mark my words.

Did anybody else know that the U.S charged the countries for playing the World Cup? They could have waived the fee too (obviously) but didn’t If you work in the U.S you get taxed, many countries especially in the cases of international tournaments waive that however in exemptions for athletes

🧵 🚨 Jordanian FA accuses FIFA of 'blackmail' 🚨 Prince Ali bin Hussein - There is no shortage of issues regarding FIFA. Let me start by clarifying what some of these are from an FA perspective, in particular that of Jordan going into a World Cup for the first time.

This is me as well, and he isn't going anywhere right now so do I stop supporting Spurs because of it? No, he'll be gone eventually and hopefully he doesn't show his garbage human side before he's gone. Thanks for saving us from relegation, and I hope the football improves, but it feels a bit grimy

I can't answer for the others. My position hasn't changed from when he was appointed but I am going to piss people off if I go on about it every week. He's undoubtedly a good coach and I'll hold off until he does something shitty at Spurs. Fully aware of what has happened at former clubs

Key excerpt. Relates to the choice of Biden and the failure to confront "the sway of an operative class that had become “generationally wealthy off politics” while steering Democratic strategy."

"The chapter raised pointed questions that were notably absent from the draft that the party put out, both about President Joseph R. Biden Jr.’s ill-fated decision to run for re-election and the sway of an operative class that had become “generationally wealthy off politics” while steering Democratic strategy."

"Call it democracy, or call it democratic socialism, but there must be a better distribution of wealth within this country for all God's children." —Martin Luther King, Jr.

I'm just going to keep screaming this until I'm hoarse, but until Trump the norm -- for 50 years -- was that sitting presidents had their taxes audited by the IRS and released to the public to show they were clean. But Trump refused repeatedly, and sued when his return was leaked, and now ... this

FLAG: Trump gets to keep tax immunity for himself, his sons, and the Trump Organization under the new 'deal' struck by Todd Blanche. The new order also reaffirms that Trump won't have to pay any taxes he might have owed the IRS.
