A federal appeals court today is hearing a case brought by anti-abortion politicians who want to stop people nationwide from getting the abortion pill through mail or at a pharmacy. This is just the latest attempt to prevent people from getting this safe medication and accessing the care they need.

Did you know if we add four seats to SCOTUS in 2029, we could bring back the charges against Trump for January 6? They could overturn the immunity ruling and consider tolling the statute of limitations for the duration of Trump’s presidency. We could also resurrect the classified documents case.
The republicans just suggested if the judge makes the USPS rule optional - not mandatory - for states, that she let USPS reject non compliant ballots for the states that choose to voluntarily participate. The judge asks “do a test run on this election”???

Conservatives on the Supreme Court have been diluting Americans’ votes for decades. Let’s dilute theirs. Expand the court in 2029.
