Get checked. I went to the doctor with a hearing problem, intermittent buzzing in my ears. While discounting various possibilities they discovered "Nodules" in my Thyroid, 1 benign and 2 malignant. I would never have known if I just put up with it. Get checked=live longer. (It's a male thing).

The townhouse price was $75k more than the sold price of our previous home. Add in $30k stamp duty, and it's a financial loss. Then, there's the estate agent's commission and other costs.
