jon christian@jonchristian.net · 4d agoIt's funny that conservatives are mad at Nolan's ODYSSEY for its diverse casting, when in reality the movie's ethical framework is deeply reactionary.
Trump has managed to finally be directly, personally at fault for a bunch of ugly economic & social indicators that voters (usually irrationally) blame presidents for.

It's such a bizarre experience having kids and regularly watching kids content and recognizing how many behaviors are displayed as villainous that are currently being lifted up as virtue in real life
