Mexican Birria Tacos 🌮, a popular Mexican dish featuring slow-cooked meat. The tacos are often filled with melted cheese and served with a side of consommé (a rich dipping broth). Slow-cooked for hours with a mix of spices, the beef gets so tender it just falls apart when you touch it. #foodie

He animated the sequence by himself for more than four months -- without computers or even an easy way to check his work.
