Celebrating the death of someone who caused suffering to others isn't tasteless. It is a message to that person's victims that their pain is seen and recognised, and that they are valued. The consequences of an abusive life do not end with the abuser's death.

That, plus, views that schoolgirls are sexual objects, LGBT+ people should be persecuted, and racism is OK are not "differences of opinion", they are markers of a terrible human being. Racism isn't an opinion, it's an ethical and intellectual failing.

1) The entire history of women's sport has been men trying to prevent it. 2) Homophobia and especially transphobia always, ALWAYS correlate with misogyny, and cis women who can't see that are turkeys voting for Christmas.

My god. The Heritage Foundation, which mercilessly attacked transgender kids in order to protect the "integrity of women's sports," is now attacking the legal basis for women's sports. The transgender student decision is barely 2 weeks old.
