Supporting Israel is as much of a fringe position among Democratic voters as banning abortion (~15%)... ...a full half of House Dems still voting to arm Israel is a fundamentally undemocratic outcome.

~100 Dems voting against military aid for Israel yesterday is a milestone. It doesn't mean all our reps suddenly 'found religion' but it does mean many of them are, for the first time, more afraid of their voters than pro-Israel donors and AIPAC

Trump's Board of Peace is failing on aid, failing on reconstruction, provides no path to Palestinian self-determination, and leaves Palestinians at the whims of Trump and his cronies. Maybe that's acceptable to @hillaryclinton.bsky.social, but it's not to us. Read our new report below.

Re strikes on Iranian reservoirs: We've seen Trump repeatedly threaten to do war crimes - it's a big part of his "strategy" - so unfortunately, it's very plausible we have US pilots deliberately striking civilian infrastructure.

"'Dual-use' doesn't apply to drinking water for a civilian population." Trump's repeated threats against Iranian civilian infrastructure don't leave much room for speculation about why reservoirs were bombed.

If Trump told Netanyahu not to bomb Iran Sunday and Netanyahu did it anyway, Trump didn’t *really* tell him not to bomb Iran. Nonstop “POTUS mad at Bibi” Axios exclusives weren’t any more convincing when Biden tried them. My latest for @zeteo.com : zeteo.com/p/netanyahu-...

I think Trump will take a "win" on Iran when he feels like it. The problem isn't that he can't find an impressive enough deal, it's that he doesn't feel enough pressure to progress from the double-blockade status quo.

Want to understand what is really happening with Israel and Lebanon then I recommend you check out this clip from Retired US Army Major Harrison Mann who explains that the goal of Netanyahu is to destroy Souther Lebanon then occupy and build settlements in Lebanon--just like Gaza.

Israeli army is invading deeper into Lebanon to deal a crushing blow to Hezbollah less than 2 years after the previous Israeli invasion of Lebanon to deal a crushing blow to Hezbollah, 20 years since the 2006 Israeli invasion of Lebanon to deal a crushing blow to Hezbollah. @harrisonmann.bsky.social
