I realize I’m not a Real Engineer in the structural engineering manner. But if a structural engineer started vibing the earthquake safety stuff I would worry. - how much weight can this bridge take? - ChatGPT says 50 tons, that should be enough - how did it come to that number? 🤷🏻♀️
If folks would be more concerned about the possible risks, I’d honestly be less concerned. People are a bit too cavalier about all of this. Basically everything I was ever taught about my profession seems to not matter anymore.
