In his 2004 book, The Anatomy of Fascism, historian Robert Paxton identified the passions that had animated fascistic political cultures over the previous 80 years. These may sound familiar.

This week someone targeted my family for harm with a false report. We’re physically OK, but that doesn’t mean we weren’t harmed. I am beyond furious. Whatever your politics, this is awful, wrong, and can never become normal.

Netanyahu has been raising the specter of an Iranian nuclear weapon since at least 1995 and now is using that as an excuse to start a war. Almost all Iranians want freedom from the Islamic Republic of Iran. Despite what you might hear, tho, my people’s liberation will not come from foreign bombs.
