Yet one more reason we cannot allow LLMs to serve as epistemic grounding is that we cannot triangulate among them the way you can among reasonable independent sources. They bullshit in the same way and end up agreeing with one other about things that are completely false.

The homepage example from Bumblebee on using BERT is now running on EMLX! We should hopefully be releasing the library in the next few days. We're just missing a really small set of Nx.Backend calbacks and some housekeeping stuff

I attended a meetup in Seattle and got to spend time with @bnewbold.net and @pfrazee.com from the Bluesky engineering team. I walked away with an understanding of the role DIDs and PDSs play in the grand scheme of things, and why the most exciting work sits higher up the stack. I almost unretired.

Hey @danabra.mov, quick question for you. For now anyone here on bsky is friendly and I really like it! But what happens when the mass joins? Are there any safeguards or content moderation mechanisms in place ? What about bots ? And thanks for the really impressive work you all did!
Coming more from the OOP world, functional programming requires a completely different mental model. But I really like it. In this project I feel it makes much more sense than OOP
