The Ambassador says that Cofnas will be able to complete his one year appointment to March 2027.
I had to actually read this, and the thing is, everything that makes clear that she was *not* neutral is in there. Everyone loved her anyway. Just an astoundingly bad way to put it.

If you teach music history responsibly, inevitably someone will inform you that you are doing it wrong by failing to focus on "the music itself", meaning "the notes on the page". The notes, being representative of specific pitches, are quantifiable in ways that history and politics simply are not.

everyone who approached me and the bub at the farmers market today was folks reminiscing about when their 20-something was a baby and I wanted to cry with them (I’m still a postpartum mess lol)
relatedly, while I would love to declutter more I have decided to keep everything and anything of remotely good quality due to enshittification in every sphere except video games (this industry has other problems but games have been good lately). Thrifting has also been rough for years now

I worried that becoming a mom would make me dumber. Since starting to write again I mostly only feel the effects of sleep deprivation. But actually the key thing there that changed upon becoming a mom is that idgaf if i‘m dumber and thats been so surprising and freeing.
