my room-temperature take is that you don't need a custom ROM to do this the same end result can be accomplished on stock android with an on-device "account vault" style app using a common API to communicate with other apps that support that SSO schema, no system access or custom ROM required

Jury nullification is not “ignoring the law.” It is refusing to lend your conscience and civic authority to the enforcement of an unjust law, an unjust prosecution, or an unjust punishment. A jury is not just a fact-processing machine. It is one of the public’s last checks on the state.
Normalize acquittal when applying the law would violate justice, morality, or fairness. TEACH the rights and powers of the jury to EVERYONE. Make it impractical to dismiss jurors that know about jury nullification.
This could eliminate a lot of headaches around the problem raised in @bnewbold.net's recent leaflet
