It is! The original illustration was done by my mum, Jo, for the chapter Old Big Bum from my book Ring The Hill (2019). Ring The Hill and Old Big Bum are both old English terms for hares. Ring The Hill isn't a book *about* hares. But it is definitely a book that is haunted by them.
