Demonization of the Left is now the primary strategy of the Right. The fact that their demonization is in the form of falsehoods, cartoonish hyperbole, and misstated epithets, shows you how they got nothing, they don't serve The People, and they're speaking only to a dwindling hardcore base.

Sure, but that doesn't negate his point in the video. People create content for podcasts, TV shows, movies, etc. for others to enjoy. That's not the same as them saying people should forgo real life experiences and live through that content.

A major defeat for conservatives in Kansas, who were hoping to make inroads on the state supreme court by switching the state to regular elections. Their measure was defeated 61/39. (I'll have more to say on what this means for the court going forward soon.)

Senator Banks calls the Supreme Court’s decision not to change the law on birthright citizenship “the worst Supreme Court decision of my lifetime.” Keep in mind that he was born and lived his entire life under the legal interpretation of the 14th Amendment the Court kept in place.
