THIS is what has to stop. Where is HIS recording device?? All these numbnuts are tattooed. Ought to be easy to ID from enhancement of videos like this. No wonder they don't want victims taking their pic.
SOP for ICE is to instantly accuse any motorist of "trying to run them over." They have been told in training that on the basis of this accusation, they can respond with lethal force if they like. And there are now dozens of well documented cases involving exactly the same false claims.
