Read the article: He says straight up that he didn’t believe the women posed a threat but his anger level at them was still a “15 out of 10”, so he shot at them. He’s a violent misogynist and truly believes women deserve what he did for speaking to him in a way that he doesn’t like.

He had this cancer when he killed her. He used his diagnosis in an attempt to get pretrial release. He left her to die on the floor of her own home. Didn't render aid. Didn't want his colleague to try. There is no sympathy for him here.
