Well, the latest @bennjordan.bsky.social video helped me learn I have the worst superpower. I already know that audio/video distortions can trigger migraines for me (the clipping from extreme dynamic range compression especially). It seems attempts at steganography can do the same.

Tech friends, is there an easy-to-use encryption program I can recommend to non-techie friends? I believe they're on a Mac. Like, is there a free PGP program that's more-or-less just install and go? No fiddling with packages or anything?

Pros: doesn't take fine motor skills to use well. Cons: requires fine motor skills to make.
