Update: have cried, at work, which is not a bonus. Stupidly, he appears to be generally feeling better but that’s actually not the most fun thing because he isn’t ACTUALLY better so it’s even more important to make sure he doesn’t fuck himself up.

Update: the meds have helped him chill out, he is still displaying neuro symptoms. He ate his breakfast pretty normally (thank god, we had to hand feed last night), and even drank a little water on his own.

Beans and legumes are a big winner here. High in fiber and decent on protein. Dry beans keep for ages, but cooked also freeze well, or you can home can them if you’re into that. A lot of legumes can be use to amend meat content in a dish, given that meats can be pricey.

For instance we found 5.5 lbs of ground ribeye on a 50% markdown on its sell by date. On coming come we cracked the pack and divided it into 5 ~ 1 lb portions in ziplocs before freezing.

Luckily, I'm smart enough to realize that if the "most dangerous" LLMs need warehouses full of GPUs to function, they can't just "break out" and start running on random PCs.
