Honestly???? Yes. I know I seem invested in my career sometimes but after working on it in therapy it’s because I had too much of my identity sunk into it. I’m moving my pursuit of knowledge to my not work hours and it’s done a lot to help in that regard.

This is the problem I have with a lot of these people. If redemption isn’t immediate it doesn’t exist or isn’t possible No. Real, meaningful change takes time and taking away all routes of comfort to leave them in a vacuum with their own actions is just removing distractions they don’t need.
