There a million things wrong with the EHRC guidance, as you all know, but for me the weirdest thing about it all is that its authors don't even seem to be aware of the possibility that someone asked to leave a "single sex" facility might refuse.

Popping on to Bluesky to say thanks to @mrjamesob.bsky.social for his comments today on #LBC re the UK’s shameful trans apartheid laws 💚🏳️‍⚧️. Inevitably it’s triggered the plethora of anti trans people fronts disguised as “women’s rights” groups that suddenly sprouted in the UK from 2017.
