If it looks like an Amazon delivery and drives like an Amazon delivery, then it's an Amazon delivery, right? Not according to Amazon. Big companies like Amazon have built a vast network of subcontractors who deliver their packages while shielding them from accountability.

Haitians in Ohio are being told to show up at ICE offices with little notice, forced to choose to be detained or wear an ankle monitor for 24/7 surveillance. Yesterday in Blue Ash, Ohio Indivisibles and hundreds of local advocates gathered outside the DHS facility to support their neighbors.

Republicans only need to peel off a handful of Senate Democrats to pass a bill that would turbocharge Trump’s corruption. But thanks to your organizing, Democrats remain opposed to the CLARITY Act. Email your senators and urge them to keep holding the line. 👇

Urge Your Senators to Oppose and Stop Trump's Crypto Corruption

Last year, the House passed the CLARITY Act (H.R. 3633), a bill disguised as “crypto regulation” that actually serves the billionaires and bad actors at the center of today’s crypto chaos. This bill d...

7,000 votes in five districts — that’s what control of the House came down to during the last midterms. We can’t afford to take anything for granted, especially as the Trump regime threatens mail-in voting, targets registration programs, and even tries to ban states from encouraging people to vote.

No child deserves to be discriminated against. In the wake of the Supreme Court’s decision to uphold two discriminatory laws that exclude trans athletes from school sports, we’re here to provide support.

A vote is likely to take place when the Senate returns in September. So let’s keep up the pressure. Use our tool to dash off an email to your senators urging them to hold the line against Trump’s corruption and crypto industry fraud.👇

GOOD NEWS UPDATE! Republicans do NOT have the votes to pass the corruption-enabling CLARITY Act before Congress goes on recess this weekend! The bill stalled because of grassroots pressure — YOUR calls, emails, and in-person actions.

FWIW: much of the time when a group announces "plans to spend $15m" on a buzzy topic, what they actually mean is that they're going to tap into the buzzy topic to try to raise $15m that they do not currently have. this is not a plan, it's a fundraising pitch to panicking donors

Elon Musk says he's going to have a robot workforce on the moon soon. "Third Way" centrist Democrats say they're going to spend $15 million to fight the specter of socialism. Sure, sure. Assholes say a lot of things.

! Senate Judiciary Committee just officially delayed the BLANCHE AG vote, which was scheduled for tomorrow morning. He doesn’t have the votes. Tillis and Cornyn have made clear for weeks and weeks that the DOJ needs to rewrite the Trump/IRS settlement, which still hasn’t happened.

Stopping Trump’s election sabotage means preparing for all of the threats we could face — and being ready with community power, not panic. We're organizing in all 50 states so every eligible voter can cast their ballot and have it counted. We are democracy’s strongest line of defense.

The most important thing to know is that we are not powerless - we can organize to defeat these efforts and ensure every eligible voter can cast their ballot and be counted.

VOTER ROLL PURGES
Eligible voters could discover they are no longer registered.
Officials may use inaccurate data to remove voters from the rolls or challenge their eligibility at the polls. Purges fall hardest on Black voters, voters of color, and infrequent voters. But a purge doesn't have to become a lost vote.
Check your registration regularly and help others do the same.
Make sure voters know their options if their names are missing.
Join voter purge phone banks to help protect those most at risk.

OUR VOTEID REQUIREMENTS
CLOSE TO ELECTION
The ID you've always used may not be accepted.
New or inconsistently enforced voter ID rules could leave eligible voters confused, unprepared, or incorrectly turned away. These barriers are especially likely to affect voters who are older, low-income, students, naturalized citizens, or using a married name.
Learn your state's current ID rules and help your community obtain ID now.
