Please consider writing a comment on this proposed rule. It will affect potential legal challenges. The rule is an enormous threat to the federal economic statistical agencies and all other forms of civil service professionalism across every agency.

I plan to write an analysis of the changes for @lawfaremedia.org but it will be a few days. I will have my analysis long before the deadline in case anyone is waiting for purposes of commenting.
With these posts, they’ve made it essentially inarguable that they’re deliberately defying the Supreme Court.
These people are monsters. If this is how they are treating a man who THEY ADMITTED did nothing wrong, they can do this to any of us!

Every moment the political press spends spinning out theories about 2026 and immigration polling is a minute they are not spending asking Republicans in Congress about their plans to enforce the rule of law
