My son graduated from university this summer. He is a Scottish graduate who went to a Scottish university. As such he didn't pay any tuition fees. As he commuted from home, he has no debt from living in Edinburgh. A graduate with no debt. Just like his dad and mum were.

A glimmer of hope. But hope isn't enough. The UK must stop standing by while international law is torn apart. We must use every lever to end the genocide, end the occupation, stop illegal settlements, and deliver justice for Palestinians. Words don't save lives. Actions do.
A small act of kindness toward someone vulnerable just went viral, proof that you do not need grand gestures to make a real difference. Sharing food, helping a hurt animal, aiding a stranger, this is
I always wondered what it would take for the Telegraph to decide there might be a downside to climate breakdown. Well, now we know. Even so, this article manages not to mention it.
Firstly, fuck Burnham. It's time for gloves off and an end to cosy chats. The answer to the vast majority of our political woes is independence, not a few more powers that can be curtailed in London at a whim. www.thenational.scot/news/2629705...

Hunt: "We've grown much wealthier as a country since the 80s" 1970s Britain owned its utilities, millions of council houses, had a huge oil/gas reserve & a national debt of £80bn. Now? No assets & £2.9tn national debt We havent got richer. Jeremy & his mates have at our expense
Because appointing someone who was fined £100 for not reporting that she found the phone she thought was stolen is so much more serious than choosing as your right hand man someone who was imprisoned after being charged with money laundering, blackmail and extortion.

The sheer irony: bloke from Manchester elected by a single constituency in 🏴 & won't allow (fecking allow so get that!)🏴🏴 the right to hold their own Referendums. Latest excuse to be Putinesque towards nations is something aboot 'Constitutional' issues when Burnham is moving power away from London
England gets what England wants…time to flip the script.
Interested to know where Burnham's new, all singing and dancing, Labour government will get the money from to pay for the removal of VAT on electricity. They say it's from Starmer's ID scheme, but we are told that the ID scheme had not been funded. Magic money tree it is!
Andy Burnham voted for the Iraq War, an illegal war that killed over a million people. He joined Labour Friends of Israel, called BDS “spiteful”, praised Israel as a “democracy”, described the Balfour Declaration as “British values in action”, and still refuses to call the Gaza genocide a genocide.
To all the peoples of the USA who are following me. I am not from Indiana. I am from Scotland and want Independence for Scotland (that is where the Indy part manifests). I would not vote for the rich candidate. I would vote for the one that would serve the people best with no personal gain.

This is a welcoming country and the behaviour of the far right has no place on our streets.
Once donated, the money became SNP funds, not the donor’s, so individuals wouldn’t likely be entitled to claim it back. The SNP were the victims here, not those at fault. Talk of “claiming it back” risks implying otherwise. Perhaps the SNP should instead pursue Murrell for the amount embezzled.
This week will show that Westminster denies democracy again. Scotland returns a majority of MSPs that are pro Independence. They apply to Westminster to hold a referendum on Independence. Westminster will deny this. Labour are in power at Westminster with 33.7% of the vote. 73 out of 129 MSPs....

I will build a Scotland where everyone feels seen, where everyone feels at home, and where everyone is able to contribute to Scotland’s story.
Sir Keir Starmer (why is he still there) appoints Gordon Brown (CH) as global finance special envoy. They both have a mutual acquaintance in Peter Mandelson who was a good friend with Jeffrey Epstein. It would be such a shame if this was shared, reposted, liked etc.
