After having some dragging issues with my Logitech MX Master 3S, I decided to upgrade to a MX Master 4M. It only lasted 3 years, while the 2S lasted 6, and it's still working fine, no issues. Just my old tradition of switching mice with every new job, which I just broke 😅

Someone had to say it. The idea of always sprinting is already anxiety-triggering and a recipe for team dissatisfaction. The fact that every cycle only lasts two weeks doesn’t give people enough time to either think or execute with quality. And don’t get me started with the time lost in meetings.

I’ve seen this up close. Leadership vacuums can hamstring even the most capable design teams. Look for leaders that know what you do, and how to create the conditions for design diligence and content craft to flourish.
