i literally cannot make art (of almost any kind) unless i let go of the Outcome. it's a hard place to reach but i recommend trying to get there if you have a perfectionist or procrastination streak 👍

The “best” thing about genAI (the quotes are doing heavy work here) is that it’s really lowered the bar on getting into hand-made art. Literally anything you make is better than ai. There’s never been a better time to throw away your fear and start learning that craft you’ve always wanted to learn.

i love Jimothy a lot and also . as a cripple . the hyper-commercialization of him has been Severely Uncomfortable for me, esp from creators and companies that i know are not disabled-friendly not the critter's fault, i will never tire of seeing him. but like. it's all very Odd .

Don't be afraid to ask your local library strange questions. I asked mine if I could reserve a meeting room just so I can cut fabric, to which they suggested the best rooms for me to borrow and at what times.
