Spider-Man Brand New Day was a good time at the cinema. A rare example of an MCU film that actually felt like a comic book film. Arguably the best of the MCU Spider-Man films. Also Sadie Sink is great.

Watching Blade Trinity and I forgot how bad this film is. The only real redeeming feature is Jessica Biel got noticeably jacked for the role of Abigail Whistler. The concept for this film, Blade & The Nightstalkers take on Dracula, is great, the execution is most distinctly not.

The recent talk about Covid and lockdown has developed into some morbid kind of harm Olympics. If you didn't lose someone, or have a friend who did, then you're lucky. I was going to work throughout, I know people who lost colleagues. This was trauma on a national scale.

I remember watching this years ago when it was on ITV in some post midnight time slot like 2 am and clearly aimed at people that had been out for the night.
