Lynda Barry did not squeeze your heart and simultaneously explain the point of all art with the barest of line drawings so you could tell me that AI is "inevitable."
Sam Raimi didn't strap a Super 8 camera to a 2x4 so you could tell me that AI is "inevitable."

I have described Mereida as having a "genius level understanding of the unique potential of comics" at @brokenfrontier.bsky.social. Far more people should be aware of her work and following her @mereida.bsky.social. #BF6toWatch

Work in progress of two postcards that will be rubber stamped. Upgrade / Reboot All human hands and human brain. Did look at a Raphael painting of St.Michael stamping on a dragon for inspiration from a *book *book - folded sections of paper with printing on them sewn or glued into a binding.
I’m enjoying this Vivaldi browser, none of the rubbish Ai overviews, just a link to the source you want (like in the olden days when it was fun) @vivaldi.com
I just want to say in 20+ years of HE teaching it’s always been the people who bring the joy. Conversations with students, colleagues, so many voices, ideas and possibilities it’s energising and I love it. The saddest thing is seeing is all these folk outsourcing their voices. today’s visual diary.
